Delegation of Power of Attorney for Sale of Chometz

I, the undersigned, fully empower Rabbi Moshe Faskowitz, or anyone he empowers, to act on my behalf to sell all chometz that I own (knowingly or unknowingly) as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic law. This may include chometz, doubt of chometz, baked goods, flour, cereals, bread crumbs, liquors, beer and other alcoholic beverages, animal food, all other food and drink that may contain chometz, and all toiletries and pharmaceuticals that are edible. This also includes chometz that tends to harden and adhere to surfaces of cooking or other utensils.

I also fully empower Rabbi Moshe Faskowitz to lease all spaces wherein the chometz is stored found in the following premises:

The above given power is in conformity with all Torah and Rabbinic laws and in accordance with the regulations of the state of New York and the United States. The sale will take place on Friday, March 26th, 2021 - 13 of Nissan, 5781
